What you buy, what you may do with it, and what Kalix does not promise.

What Kalix sells
Kalix sells written build prompts: long, detailed briefs that describe how to build a website, written from a working example. Some entries also have a live demo you can open and try.
Buying a prompt gives you the text. It does not include the source code of the demo site, and it does not include the stock footage used to make it. Where a prompt depends on footage, it tells you what to look for and where to get your own.
What you may do with it
Anything you build from a prompt is yours, for personal or client work, with no further payment and no credit required.
You may not resell, republish or redistribute the prompt text itself, in whole or in part, including inside a paid template, course or dataset. One account is for one person.
Accounts and access
A subscription gives you every premium prompt while it is active. A prompt pack gives you credits; spending a credit unlocks one prompt, and that prompt stays unlocked for as long as your account exists, whether or not you subscribe later.
Cancel at any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
The concept sites
Every brand on this site is invented: the shops, lodges, products, prices and people do not exist. Forms on the demo sites do not send anything, and nothing is ever bought or charged there.
The demos are illustrations of what a prompt produces. They are not sold as templates and are not offered as working products.
What is not promised
A prompt is a brief for a coding agent, and agents differ. The same prompt will not produce an identical result twice, and the result depends on the tool you use and how you iterate. Kalix does not promise a particular outcome, ranking, conversion or revenue.
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Kalix is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the prompts or the site.
Changes and contact
Prices and the contents of the collection can change. A change in price never affects a subscription period you have already paid for.
