What Kalix stores, who else sees it, and how to have it removed.
Last updated 22 September 2026
What is stored
If you create an account: your email address, and a record of what you have bought — your plan, its status and renewal date, any remaining credits, and which prompts you have unlocked. Accounts and sign-in are handled by Supabase.
If you pay: Stripe processes the payment and holds the card details. Kalix never sees or stores a card number. Kalix keeps the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers so your access can be kept in step with your payments.
If you write through the contact form: your name, email address and message, delivered by Resend so they reach an inbox.
If you like a prompt: that your account liked it. Counts are public; who liked what is not.
What is not done
No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts run on this site. No profile is built about you, and nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.
The only cookies are the ones that keep you signed in: a Supabase session cookie, and, for the site owner, an admin session cookie. There are no marketing cookies, so there is no consent banner to click away.
Who processes it
Supabase (accounts and database), Stripe (payments) and Resend (contact email), each acting on Kalix’s behalf under their own terms. The site is hosted on Vercel, whose servers necessarily handle requests as they are served.
How long it is kept
Account and purchase records are kept while your account exists, and afterwards only where a record of a sale must be retained. Contact messages are kept while the conversation is useful and then deleted.
Your choices
Ask through the contact page for a copy of what is held about you, for a correction, or for your account and its data to be deleted. Deleting the account removes your unlocks with it.
