Refunds

Within 14 days

If you have not copied any premium prompt, a full refund is given within 14 days of the payment, for any reason. Ask through the contact page with the email address you paid with.

Once a premium prompt has been copied, the thing you bought has been delivered, and that payment is no longer refundable. This is stated before purchase because prompts cannot be returned once read.

Subscriptions

Cancelling stops the next payment and leaves your access running until the end of the period you have paid for. Part-used periods are not refunded, and a renewal charged while you meant to cancel is refunded if you ask within 14 days and have copied nothing new in that period.

Prompt packs

Unused credits are refundable within 14 days. Credits already spent are not, since each one has unlocked a prompt permanently.

If something is wrong

If a prompt is broken, incomplete or not what the page described, say so through the contact page. It will be fixed or refunded, whether or not the 14 days have passed.
