A cut-out in the heel shows the foam doing the work, and saves 14 g over a closed counter.

Care & returns

Made to be worn in,
and resoled, not replaced.

  • Wearing them in

The toe box is snug for the first week and gives about half a size after that. Walk in them before you run in them.

  • Cleaning the suede

Let mud dry, then brush it off. A suede eraser lifts marks; never put them in the machine.

  • Returns

Free within 60 days, worn outside or not. We resell them as seconds and tell the next buyer.

  • Resoling

£45 for a new outsole and midsole. Send them in and they come back in about two weeks.

Questions

Before you order.

Is it a running shoe or a walking shoe?

Both, up to about 10 km. It is built for the miles you do in a day, not for racing. For long runs you want more foam than 32 mm.

Do they run true to size?

Yes. If you are between sizes, go up half a size: the toe box is snug until the suede has given a little.

What does the wide fit change?

About 4 mm more across the forefoot and a deeper toe box. The heel stays the same, so it doesn’t slip.

How long do they last?

The outsole is good for roughly 800 km of mixed use. After that, resoling costs less than a new pair and keeps the upper you have worn in.
